Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Customers are responsible for checking the available size information before ordering.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Any delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed. We may change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

If an obvious pricing or product-information error occurs, we may contact you to correct or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order when:

• An item is unavailable.

• Payment cannot be authorised.

• Incorrect information has been provided.

• We suspect fraudulent activity.

• An obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

• We cannot deliver to the address supplied.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

7. Returns and Refunds

Marqy Clothing offers a 30-day return period, subject to our separate Refund Policy.

To qualify under our standard return policy, items must be unworn, unwashed and clean, with their original tags attached. Trying an item on briefly to check its fit is accepted. Items showing signs of extended wear, stains, dirt, damage or odour may not be accepted.

Clear photographs of the item and its tags must be provided when requesting a return so its condition can be reviewed. Customers must contact marqymwt@gmail.com and receive return instructions before sending an item back.

Nothing in these terms or our Refund Policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including your rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products.

8. Cancelling an Online Order

UK consumers normally have a legal right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it and then return it within the following 14 days.

You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop. If it has been handled more than necessary and its value has been reduced, we may be legally entitled to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, misdescribed or different from what you ordered, contact marqymwt@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order details and clear photographs showing the issue.

Where required by UK consumer law, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may have additional conditions, including expiry dates, minimum spending requirements or restrictions on particular products.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order. We may cancel or withdraw a promotion if it is being misused.

11. Intellectual Property

The Marqy Clothing name, logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, website content and other brand materials belong to Marqy Clothing or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
