Marqy Clothing 30-Day Refund Policy

We hope you love your Marqy Clothing order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn and unwashed.

• All original tags must still be attached.

• The item must be clean and free from stains, marks, damage or strong odours.

• Trying the item on briefly to check the fit is accepted.

• An item will be considered worn if it has been used for a day or shows signs of wear, including an odour.

• You must provide clear photographs of the item so we can inspect its condition and confirm whether the return request is accepted.

To request a return, email marqymwt@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order details, the reason for the return and clear images showing the item and its attached tags.

Please do not return an item until your request has been approved and you have received return instructions from us. Items returned without approval or items that do not meet the conditions above may be refused.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
