Marqy Clothing Shipping Policy

We currently offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping – Free: Estimated delivery within 2 weeks.

• Express Shipping – £4.99: Estimated delivery within 1 week.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation when your order is on its way.

Please ensure your name and delivery address are correct before completing your purchase. Contact marqymwt@gmail.com as soon as possible if you notice a mistake. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delivery may occasionally take longer because of courier delays, busy periods, severe weather or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived after its estimated delivery period, please contact us with your name and order number so we can investigate.

Marqy Clothing is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of incorrect delivery information or an unsuccessful delivery, additional postage charges may apply before it can be sent again.

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact marqymwt@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order details and clear photographs of the parcel and its contents.

These shipping terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
